How to Use Protein Jelly
1- Prepare 250 ml of Cold Water + 250 ml of Boiling Water
2- In a large bowl, mix jelly sachet (27gm) with 250 ml Cold Water and stir for 1 minute.
3- Pour 250ml of boiling water and stir for 2 minutes.
4- Divide into several cups or a medium size cake pan.
5- Place in Freezer for 45 minutes or in Fridge for 2 hours.
Keep Jelly covered in Fridge and consume within 48 hours.
Makes 527 gm of jelly.
*Mix Cold water first then Hot water as many recipes call for hot water first.
* For best results, use a scale to measure the water.
**Do not add fresh pineapple as jelly won’t set.
