ASN WHEY & OATS Protein Pancake Mix is a delicious way to add protein, fiber and nutrition to your daily diet in 8 minutes or less.
MIX 2 leveled scoops of powder (45gm) +1 1/2 scoops water (90gm) and blended for 30 seconds only. Makes 1 pancake. Don’t over mix. Let batter sit for 3 minutes.
HEAT lightly greased pan with butter to medium heat until hot. Mix batter for a few seconds just before pouring to heated pan.
COOK on medium heat until no more bubbles are forming (about 2 minutes) or until the bottom of the pancake becomes golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute. (Do not press pancakes while cooking)
